ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
Digital file is always preferred over printed copy. If digital file is not available, please make sure the printed copy is clean black & white artwork; color separated with registration marks if artwork contains more than one color.

Acceptable Program
We can accept the following Macintosh or PC compatible software:

Adobe Illustrator 10.0 (Macintosh or PC compatible)
Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (Macintosh only)
Macromedia Freehand 10.0 (Macintosh only)

- please convert all type to outline form or provide Macintosh compatible fonts
- please provide all supporting images
- please submit artwork close to the actual imprint size
- if you are submitting artwork via email or the web, please compress the file using Winzip.

Halftones
Most halftone artworks are difficult to print, because of the various factors that must be considered. If your artwork contains halftone, please make sure the halftone is set between 85 lpi to 110 lpi. The artwork must be at 100% of the actual imprint size, as any enlargement or reduction will alter the halftones. Please send artwork in electronic format. It is always a good idea to consult Blue Sea Enterprises before submitting any artwork containing halftones.

PMS COLOR MATCH
N/C if a PMS number is indicated. $15.00 if a swatch match is needed.

COPY CHANGE/COLOR WASH
$25 per change/wash plus the cost of new screens or set-ups

MULTI COLOR/OFFSET
Must provide a printout of full color artwork for reference when submitting an order.

PACKAGING
Most items are individually gift boxed with instructions.  Pens are shipped balk packed unless noted.  Please call for specifics.

PAPER PROOFS
Paper proofs will not be provided for orders under $2,000 unless expressly requested on purchase order.

BATTERIES
Long life batteries are included with all items which require them.

COPY CHANGE
$20.00 per change plus the cost of new screens or set-ups.

DROP / SPLIT SHIPMENTS
$5.00 each location plus freight. F.O.B. Irvine, CA. Please contact customer Blue Sea Enterprises for a drop ship specification sheet. Drop ship lists must be prepared according to the specific instructions show on the sheet to avoid additional charges.

MAILERS
Shipped flat or pre-packed. Insertion is available for an additional charge. Call for quotation.

OVER / UNDERRUNS
Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, for imprinted products, Blue Sea Enterprises reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under the amount of the order and will bill accordingly.

OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS
Foreign shipments: $25.00 handing per location plus freight. Please call for details.

All Blue Sea Enterprises watches are assembled through mil spec Q.C. standards.  ISO 9001 certified.

REPAIR SERVICE
Every effort will be made to return repaired items with imprint. No imprint replacements may be substituted if necessary.

RETURN GOODS
Returned merchandise without prior authorization will not be accepted. No imprint merchandise authorized for return by the factory is subject to $25.00 service charge plus 15% of the net cost of the order.  All returns must be freight prepaid within 45 days of shipment.  No returns on USB items.

TIME SET
A charge of $0.75 per unit for all Blue Sea Enterprises analog clocks & watches. Digital items may also be set, however the due to settling during shipping, it is not guaranteed.
